1.Large field of view, dual camera
An oversized dark box combined with a wide-angle lens enables the maximum imaging area of PlantView100 to reach 28cm × 28cm, which can realize the imaging of multiple samples at one time. The unique dual-camera mode, in addition to the top main camera, is also equipped with a side camera, combined with a computer-controlled high-throughput rotating sample stage, which can achieve natural vertical growth imaging of rhizomes in multiple petri dishes.

2. Ultra-sensitive

The system uses a high-sensitivity, zero-defect, scientific-grade back-thin, back-sensing cold CCD camera with higher light quantum sensitivity and quantum conversion rate> 95%; the camera cooling temperature is as low as -100 ° C, and the camera noise is extremely low, Even long-term exposure can accept very weak signals; a fully closed anti-interference dark box can also effectively avoid the impact of external light sources and cosmic rays on the photo, further improving detection sensitivity.

3. Low background

The fluorescence imaging module is equipped with a 150W full-wavelength halogen lamp, a variety of freely combinable filters, an embedded ring global light source and a dual gimbal point light source, with top-level spectral conversion capabilities and fluorescence self-luminous interference deduction function. The earth improves the specificity and sensitivity of the fluorescence signal, and greatly shortens the exposure time, which fully meets the requirements of "low background" in fluorescence imaging experiments.

4. Multifunctional

PlantView100 is equipped with a plant illumination simulation module, which contains two LED illumination boards and a cold water circulation system. The light intensity and time of each spectrum of LED lights can be edited by software to simulate the spectrum and intensity of real sunlight. It can be used for plant growth rhythm and Photoperiod test. At the same time, a power socket and a flange interface are reserved in the instrument, which can quickly introduce various experimental conditions and experimental equipment, such as temperature, humidity, light and microscope, etc. The experimental methods are more diverse and the functions are more powerful.
